Welcome to Eden de Roques. We invite you to carefully read our general conditions of sale in order to guarantee a pleasant, secure and hygienic stay, while preserving the quality of our facilities. Your acceptance of these terms is essential.
1. Booking Conditions
The rental price, determined by the host, covers the defined period and includes all charges, including tourist tax.
2. Payment and Deposit
The total amount of the stay must be paid by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX) at the time of booking on our website www.edenderoques.fr
Payment by credit card : Transactions are managed by Stripe, with a highly secure entry page for credit card information. The site does not store any card data. Stripe is certified PCI/DSS compliant by Visa and Mastercard, ensuring the security of banking data. The debit is made in euros upon acceptance of the order, making the product immediately available for download.
A deposit of €1000 is required to guarantee rental obligations and cover possible damage, breakage or theft. . In accordance with article 1735 of the Civil Code, in the event of damage noted in the guest room, the Eden de Roques entity reserves the right within 24 hours to withhold all or part of the deposit to cover the necessary repairs. .
It is forbidden to take away equipment, objects, decoration, bathrobe, bath towels, tea towels and other objects made available to you. Household linen is loaned: it is FORBIDDEN to take towels, bathrobes, with the exception of slippers, otherwise they will be charged.
Prices for bed and bathroom linen in the event of irreparable damage:
Fitted sheet: €100
Duvet cover: €120
Underpad: €130
Pillowcase: €40
Bathrobe: €70
Guest towel: €10
Bath towel: €30
Bath mat: €20
Outdoor slippers: €10
Other costs will be determined by amicable agreement based on the value of the damaged or stolen goods. In the event of a dispute, an estimate from an expert will prevail and must be settled within 30 days.
3. Designation and Obligations during the stay
The accommodation reserved will be specified in the confirmation email. Included in the price:
Supply of sheets, towels and household linen
Housekeeping on arrival and departure
Breakfast
Access to WiFi Internet and TV
Various consumables (shower gel, coffee, tea, etc.)
The Eden de Roques suite is intended for relaxation and rest, and it is prohibited to cause nuisance. Accommodations are designed for 2 adults maximum. No children or additional people will be accepted.
Subletting is prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
The Eden de Roques suite is non-smoking. Vaping is also prohibited even at the window. It is of course possible to smoke outside except around the swimming pool. To respect the premises, Hosts must dispose of their cigarette butts properly.and must under no circumstances throw them into the grounds of the Property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a withholding of the security deposit. A smoking area has been set up outside in front of the suite's front door.
Any smell of smoke inside the suite will result in a 200 euro deduction from the cleaning deposit.
Animals are not allowed.
Access to the SPA and SAUNA can only be done in the presence of a second person for security reasons.
Also do not use them if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, this could lead to serious health problems and the risk of drowning.
If you suffer from specific health conditions (heart problems, diabetes, hypertension or hypotension, etc.) but also pregnant women, you should not use the SPA or Sauna without first obtaining medical advice from your doctor.
Eating is prohibited in the spa and sauna.
We decline all responsibility in the event of accidents, injuries or illnesses which may occur during the use of the equipment or in the accommodation. We decline all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of personal property in the accommodation during your stay. The house declines all responsibility for the importation and use of any materials not from the accommodation.
Pool rules
Dimensions: 4m x 8m with a depth of 1m50cm
Use of the swimming pool: As part of French regulations on the use of family swimming pools open to guests (objective: to avoid accidents) and with the aim of allowing harmonious use, these swimming pool regulations have been developed.
The owners remind all their customers of the absence of surveillance of the swimming pool.
The swimming pool, being a family swimming pool, is reserved exclusively for members of the owners' family and for people staying in the Eden de Roques suite. It is completely private for our guests for the entire duration of their stay
As the swimming pool is very deep, it is not suitable for people who cannot swim.
For safety reasons, the use of glasses is prohibited in or around the pool. Suitable crockery is at your disposal in the suite
Water quality is checked every week.
Pool users undertake:
take a shower before bathing and avoid bathing after using sun cream or oil.
Place the pool towel provided on the sunbathing mattresses before use.
to access the swimming pool area wearing sandals suitable for this purpose (no street shoes).
Do not bring food to the beaches bordering the swimming pool.
Do not use indoor furniture with wet swimsuits.
Do not smoke in the swimming pool.
Any user of the swimming pool must be covered by Civil Liability defense and recourse insurance.
The owner, upon repeated breaches of one of the articles, may withdraw the authorization for access to the swimming pool area that he has previously granted without any compensation whatsoever.
Pool towels:They will be made available to you but must not leave the property.
4. Inventory and Inventory
CHECK IN: Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the owner who will show them around the suite, explain how all the equipment works, and carry out an inventory. Any dispute must be reported during this visit. Once this step is completed, the accommodation is considered complete and in good condition.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, but the suite must be returned in acceptable condition. Additional cleaning fees of €35/hour may be charged if necessary.
5. Length of stay
The duration of the stay is that planned when booking on the website www.edenderoques.fr
Rental starts at 6:00 p.m. on the first day and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the last day. Any unauthorized extension will result in a deduction of €50 per hour started.
In the event of early termination, no refund will be made. The host reserves the right to interrupt a rental without reimbursement if the general conditions are not respected.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances such as mandatory renovations, floods or others...Les Secrets Rooms reserves the right to cancel the reservation and the costs will be refunded.
6. Cancellation and Postponement
Any cancellation of stay must be made either by the customer by email contact@lessecretsrooms.com preferably using the response to previously sent messages between the customer
The customer does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code. Payment is total and final upon reservation. In the event of a legitimate impediment, the customer may request a postponement of dates or a refund under the following conditions:
Cancellation more than 20 days before the scheduled date: postponement or refund.
Cancellation between the 10th and 20th days of the customer's arrival date will keep 50% of the payment made by the customer for the nights and will refund the entire amount of the options ordered. A date postponement may also be possible free of charge.
Cancellation less than 10 days before the scheduled date: no refund or postponement.
7. Occupancy Regulations
Each accommodation is strictly reserved for 2 adults. No minors or animals are allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and withholding of the deposit.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are personal, non-refundable and valid for one year. The deposit will be made by telephone 4 days before the stay.
9. Insurance
The Client is responsible for any damage he may cause to the premises, furniture and the building. The Customer declares that they have taken out civil liability coverage as part of specific insurance or their comprehensive home insurance. This insurance may be requested by the Host in the event of disputes or damage. The Host declines all responsibility in the event of an accident or theft.
10. General provisions
The tenant cannot under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the reserved period. For any reservation, the tenant declares to accept these general rental conditions. From the moment the reservation is paid, this means that the tenant accepts the general rental conditions of Oz love suite.
11 - IT & freedom law
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. We undertake not to transmit under any circumstances the information you have communicated to us to other companies or organizations.
